MARCH RUNNING
Another month of running has come and gone. I have never run more miles in one calendar month before. Training for a marathon will do that to a person. I ran every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in March.
The March Running Stats:
Total Miles Run - 156.79 (according to mapmyrun)
Days of Running - 18
Longest Run - 17.3 miles
Times on Treadmill - 1 (Yes, only one!)
Approx. calories burned - 20,102 (thus creating the bottomless pit that is my stomach)
Year to date miles - 349.22 miles
