BASEBALL MOVIES

During a recent Silver Hawks game I got into a quick discussion of the best baseball movies ever made. There have been a decent number of baseball movies made over the years and there seems to be a good range of story lines that revolve around baseball in each movie. You know, some comedy while others more drama.

So here's my list of the best baseball movies made:

1) Field of Dreams

2) Bull Durham
3) The Natural
4) Major League

5) Eight Men Out

Others to consider (in no particular order): For the Love of the Game, Pride of the Yankees, Sandlot, Bad News Bears, A League of their Own, The Rookie
