A great spiritual disicpline for building people. Practice this for just one week.

"As you think about what you are about to say, before you say it and let it come out. First think about this; is what I am about to say going edify the person I am about to talk to. Will it make them strong, more true, better? And if it won't, don't say it. And it maybe the quiet(est) week you have had in a long, long time. You got to speak truth."

Definition of edification: The building up and strengthening of others.
